- Pre-existing intellectual property remains with respective owners

7. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and client responsiveness. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or external factors may affect delivery dates. We strive to communicate any potential delays promptly.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We maintain professional indemnity insurance to protect both parties' interests.
9. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or for project completion purposes.
